   TUESDAY YOGA:  3 - 4:15 pm and 5:45 - 7 pm.
  
No class June 24 and July 1st. Each class size is limited to six students. 
   All levels, including beginner.
                                               
  Yoga at Beyond Postures integrates traditional
   hatha yoga with mind-body awareness principles
   to bring you to a deeper connection with your inner
   wisdom.  Acknowledging that every body is unique,
   Yoga at Beyond Postures guides you to meet
   yourself where you are as you move into, hold and
   move out of postures.  Present and aware, you
   can then take greater charge of your experience
   and begin a path toward creating the potential for
   change, personal growth, and enhanced well-being.  While group practice has its
   own benefits, Yoga at Beyond Postures also strives to create the potential to own
   your own experience, putting the benefits of yoga directly into your hands.  This is
   how you build the foundation for a personal practice that will lead to lasting life
   change at home and in life as well as on the mat.


   DEEPEN YOUR YOGA Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
   WEDNESDAY 6 - 7  pm.  
   Six Week Session.  Dates: July 9,16,23,30, August 6 & 13

   This 6-week class will focus on a different theme each week with a guided 
   self-inquiry process. 
   Payment: $72.   First class may be taken as a drop-in for $15.

   YOGA NIDRA: TUESDAYS: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
  
No class June 24 & July 1st. No prior experience in meditation is necessary.
                    
   MEDITATION at Beyond Postures offers techniques that you
   can easily incorporate into a busy schedule. Techniques address
   overall stress reduction, self-awareness and personal growth,
   purification of the body through controlled breath work, enhanced
   vitality, peacefulness and well being, greater concentration and
   focus, and increased awareness.  Meditation practices have been well
   documented for its overall health benefits. 
  
   This summer we are exploring the practice of Yoga Nidra. This is a practice that
   leads to profound relaxation of the body and the release of subtle tensions that are
   held deep in the body and psyche.

   and intentions.  No prior yoga experience necessary. 1 - 1 1/2 hour yoga sessions.

Gentle Yogic Stretching and Strengthening
   All levels.  Drop-in classes.

   This class draws upon a variety of body-mind techniques including Somatic Yoga, 
   Feldenkrais, Ahimsa Yoga and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy.  For the release of
   stress and tension held in the body, enhanced body-mind awareness, and a more 
   balanced and integrated state of well being.
