   Ayurvedic Assessment and Counseling:
  Are you ready to take charge of your health and well
  being?   It’s as simple as getting back to your roots!
  Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga and is
  part of a shared common knowledge of the natural
  rhythms and cycles of nature, how the natural elements
  interact and produce either a balanced or imbalanced
  state, and the medicinal value of herbs, roots and
   plants and how to use them to support good health and well being.
  “Ayu”  means ““life” and “Veda” means “knowledge.” In short, its simplest
   meaning is, “the science of life.”  Its historic roots are over 2000 years
   old.

  Clients are assessed to determine their overall basic constitution and any  
  current imbalances.  This assessment includes pulse diagnosis and will give
  you information about your basic physical constitution and how to maintain
  overall good health.
  
   The assessment will include information about the
   kinds of yoga practices and exercises that will
   support you, as well as breathing and meditation
   practices, diet, herbs and spices, and life style. 
 
   This is a valuable practice if you want to learn more
   about yourself and specific ways you can take
   charge of your own health using natural options and
   making changes in your life-style for overall health
   maintenance and well being. 1-2 hours


  MARMA POINT THERAPY
               
  
Marma Point TherapyThe science of Marma
   (sensitive points) in the body that have direct
   pathways to organs, tissues, mental and
   emotional/mental states is an ancient Ayurvedic
   healing practice. Depending on your specific
   imbalances, various marma points will be cleared of
   blockages and opened. This is a profoundly powerful
   practice with deep healing. 
 
   Marma Point Therapy is a healing and restorative practice that works at the
   vibrational level of the body to open and clear the body of toxins. It
   restores and balances the essential life force “prana” enabling and
   sustaining good health. This very gentle yet powerful practice addresses
   the whole spectrum of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
   Marma Therapy releases, stimulates and treats areas of stuck prana and
   creates a greater receptivity for new prana and health. Prana is our
   source of life energy - without prana there is no life. 1 hour
