An exploratory and experiential retreat. We will have time for rest, fun and pleasure as well as explore our intuitive mind and how it can be a healing and positive partner in our life journey .

This retreat is for everyone! You do not need to know yoga or anything about the mind-body connection. It will be introductory for everyone - and an opportunity to learn some effective self-mentoring (self-support) skills.

                       Movement Yoga Therapy
    
Organic Movement Yoga  is a natural and simple movement
   therapy that anyone, of any age, or any condition can do!

Organic Movement is a richly rewarding way to move by focusing on what is showing up in your body, right now, at this moment, connecting with those inner messages and moving from the inside. When you turn the controls over to your body instead of moving from your mind or how you think you should be, or from the teacher’s persepctive of how and what you should do with your body, you can connect with your body’s innate wisdom and it will lead you where you need to go for healing, health and well-being.  It is fun, enlivening, realeases stress and tension, and brings about a harmonious and compassionate relationship between your mind and your body.  When you connect with your own body’s inner movement then yoga becomes a personal practice - such as the opening received in the stretch this picture shows..

      Experience deep relaxation for your
      body, mind and spirit.
       
      Wednesdays: 4:15 - 5:15 pm

      

Guided meditation includes yoga nidra, breathing techniques for clearing energy     and bringing an internal focus and awareness, and guided journeying and     visualization practices.
